Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or privacy-violating content. Do not attempt to bypass limits, security controls, or moderation systems.

You keep rights to materials you own or are allowed to use. You grant Happy Horse the limited rights needed to process inputs, generate outputs, provide history, support, safety, and reliability.

Paid plans, credits, limits, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are shown on the pricing and checkout pages. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated.

The service is provided as available. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Happy Horse is not liable for indirect losses or misuse of generated content.
